Time: 8:30am – 9:30am
Cost: $60 pre-pay for 6 sessions, $13 drop in
Location: Heart of Reiki Center, 720 Washington St, Hanover, MA (College Park office condos near Swenson Granite)

Relieve stress, strengthen your body and experience feel good living.

During this yoga session you will:

  • Improve flexibility, posture, balance, strength and body awareness
  • Practice postures that help stretch, strengthen and relax the body.
  • Learn how to “bring your yoga off the mat”
  • Have fun and feel great!

This series is suitable for ALL LEVELS.  No experience necessary.  Wear comfortable, clothing, bring a yoga mat and water.
