During this yoga session you will:

• Improve flexibility, posture, balance, strength and body awareness
• Practice postures that help stretch, strengthen and relax the body.
• Learn how to “bring your yoga off the mat”
• Have fun and feel great!

This series is suitable for ALL LEVELS.  No experience necessary.  Wear comfortable, clothing, bring a yoga mat and water.
