Yoga For Feel Good Living
Hatha yoga is designed to improve strength, flexibility and most importantly relieve day-to-day stress and tension. Class will focus on helping you use yoga in every day life for less overwhelm and more balance. You will leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and certainly feeling good. Classes are is suitable for all levels – including those with no experience – unless otherwise noted. Modifications will be demonstrated. Bring a yoga mat and dress in comfortable clothes.
