Looking for an invigorating and “feel good” way to start your Sunday morning? How about a yoga and hiking excursion at Blue Hills. We’ll meet at the Trailside Museum at 8am and hike the Red Trail to the summit (a moderate hike). Once at the top, you’ll enjoy a gentle yet energizing yoga practice in the peace and quiet of a weekend morning. Start your day with some exercise, fresh air and great company. “I would recommend Stacey’s Hiking class to anyone who has any interest in hiking as either a form of exercise, personal achievement or just getting in touch with nature. Stacey’s class gave me the hiking knowledge and self confidence I needed.”
“I had never been hiking before and I was afraid it would be too tough. Taking the Hiking Basics class and hiking with the group allayed my fears. I learned that there are trails for all levels, and I went at my own pace. The group atmosphere was very supportive. I enjoyed it so much that I picked up a Blue Hills map, and plan to go back and hike again!”
“Stacey’s yoga classes are uplifting and encouraging. The hands on adjustments she provides allow me to feel and learn the poses in a new way. I leave her classes feeling like I’ve had a great workout, but also with a sense of peace and relaxation.”
