Public Speaking and Stress Management Coaching

Stress and Confidence are general. How can you help me?
True, stress management and confidence are broad.  And yet they affect one another tremendously.  Drawing from my professional education and personal experience, I specialize in the areas of stress management at work, public speaking confidence, day-to-day stress and overwhelm and feeling good about yourself.

Who Do You Work With?
I find I work with best with busy fast paced professionals typically in their mid-30s to mid-50s who are already active and recognize the need to slow down for their success. I also work well with solopreneurs and wellness practitioners who want to use tools like public speaking to grow their business.

I draw on over a decade as a market research/business professional, wellness educator, certified fitness and yoga instructor and years teaching fitness, wellness and outdoor adventure, relaxation and stress management workshops.

I also bring some of my own personal experiences as a stressed out corporate professional, small business owner, and compulsive exerciser, yoga teacher and practitioner to the mix.  I teach what I know and have experienced, and this allows me to have more compassion and presence when working with clients.

How Will We Work Together?
I offer sessions by phone, Skype or occasionally in person. The use of web video (with sites like YouTube) makes long distance public speaking coaching a breeze! I’m based on the South Shore of Massachusetts.

I also offer public speaking group coaching programs by phone and using web video, for a cost-effective and community building experience.

How Long Will We Work Together?
That depends.  Some people only need one session to have the tools they need to manage stress effectively.  Others prefer 2 or 3 sessions for practice, discussion and to get their questions answered.

For public speaking clients, I find that a minimum of three sessions, especially leading up to a speaking engagement is appropriate.  Some like to add on a fourth for a debrief after the engagement happens.

Group programs are typically six sessions long.  More information on group programs coming soon.
