Relieve Stress from Your Desk is an interactive workshop where participants learn simple techniques that help alleviate stress, relieve physical tension and improve focus and productivity right at your desk – or anywhere you happen to be when stress strikes!  This program serves as both educational forum and an opportunity to practice proven techniques in a way that fits a busy professionals schedule, saving time, money and the health of your organization.

Primary Program Objectives:

  • Define stress and the cost it has on physical and financial health in business.
  • Identify common stressors at work, and understand how reactions to stress play a crucial role in job effectiveness
  • Experience and provide practical techniques for relieving stress right from your desk

Relieve Stress From Your Desk addresses issues of stress in the workplace by helping participants become more aware of the effects stress has on their ability to be productive and successful at work.  Providing practical techniques to help alleviate stress, improve productivity and overall job satisfaction are the core of this program.
