In this stress relief and relaxation workshop you will learn how to:
- Identify your responses to different situations, including your stress triggers
- Effectively manage day-to-day stress & overwhelm, instead of letting it manage you
- Feel more balanced and “in charge” of your weight, your work, your life
- Feel more confident, productive and effective at home and at work
- Begin to create your own stress relief and relaxation toolbox
- Just plain feel good
