Stacey Shipman, M.Ed., is an international speaker, writer, and media host, passionate about to helping individuals and business organizations reach their fullest potential. Her engaging and interactive presentations make her a sought after speaker on topics related to resilience, confidence, stress, public speaking and communication skills. Using her own Let it Flow Experience, business professionals, heath care providers, educators, and students have all benefited from Stacey’s products, services and presentations.
Stacey is the founder of Let it Flow and host of the TV show “Back to Your Senses”, where she shares valuable information on relaxation, yoga, communication and general wellness to a wider audience. In addition, she co-hosts a weekly online talk radio show called “Breaking the Glass Slipper”, a show focused on helping women talk to and about their money. Stacey is the producer of the audio CD Let it Flow: Short Guided Meditations and is currently writing a book based on the Let it Flow Experience.
Stacey earned a masters degree in Education from the University of Massachusetts, is a board member and President-Elect of the South Shore Women’s Business Network, and is a Director for the Boston chapter of the Downtown Women’s Club.
She is the co-founder of the Hanover, MA chapter of Toastmasters International, a certified fitness and yoga instructor and and writes a bi-monthly column for the Westwood/Medfield Press.
When not busy helping others, Stacey enjoys hiking, cooking, time at the beach, yoga and adventure travel with her husband, Michael.
