Stacey Shipman, M.Ed., is your guide to “feel-good living”. As a yoga & wellness instructor, writer and online media host, Stacey can help you relieve stress, improve physical health, and connect you to the people, places and resources you need to enjoy a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
Drawing from a decade in the corporate world and more than 15 in the wellness industry, Stacey’s programs are practical for busy lifestyles, with a focus on saving time, money and your health. She has helped hundreds of people experience “feel-good living.”
Stacey is the host of the online TV show “Feel-Good Living TV”, where she shares valuable information on stress relief, yoga, communication and general wellness to a wider audience. In addition, she hosts the Feel Good Living podcast series providing practical tips for healthy, balanced living.
She is the producer of the audio CD Let it Flow: Short Guided Meditations and the author of the book Experience Less Stress, More Success: Networking for Business.
Active in the community, Stacey is the President of the South Shore Women’s Business Network, co-Director of the Boston Chapter of the Downtown Women’s Club, and founder of the Hanover, MA chapter of Toastmasters International.
Stacey earned a masters degree in Education from the University of Massachusetts, is a certified fitness and yoga instructor and a columnist for South Shore Woman online Magazine.
When not busy with work, Stacey loves running, hiking, cooking, time at the beach alone or riding the waves with her niece and nephew, yoga and adventure travel with her husband, Michael.
