About
Welcome!
I’m Stacey Shipman, your guide to “feel-good living”. As a speaker, wellness educator, writer and online media host, I teach the tools you need to feel less stressed, more relaxed and confident in all aspects of your life.
Drawing from a decade in the corporate world and more than 15 in the wellness industry, I create programs that are practical for busy lifestyles, with a focus on saving time, money and your health. I’ve helped hundreds of people experience “feel-good living.”
I host the online video series “Feel-Good Living TV”, a forum to share fun information and experiences on stress relief, yoga, and general wellness and healthy living to a wider audience. Check out my weekly Stretch break! series offering simple stretches for morning, mid-day and at work stress relief.
I also teaches yoga classes in and around the South Shore of Massachusetts. Click here to learn more about my yoga classes in Hingham and Braintree Massachusetts.
I created the audio CD Let it Flow: Short Guided Meditations with busy professionals in mind. Each segment is less than 5 minutes! I wrote the book Experience Less Stress, More Success: Networking for Business, with a goal of helping those new to networking feel more comfortable and confident. And in 2009 began work as a spokesperson for a variety of local business and non-profit organizations.
