I haven’t blogged in a while and I have a good reason. I’ve been working hard on my new project and today I’m excited to announce the official launch of Healthy South Shore.
Healthy South Shore (HSS) is your best resource for practical health and fitness information south of Boston. Topics include fitness, nutrition, cooking, outdoor activities, family activities, stress relief, alternative health, as well as up to date news and information related to health and wellness on the South Shore and beyond.
