Stretch Break! For your wrists

Welcome to the weekly Stretch Break! this week for your wrists.  If you sit at a computer during the day, this is the perfect stretch break for you.  A quick, easy, painless tension release and stretch for your wrists. You don’t even have to leave your chair and it takes about 2 minutes!  Your wrists deserve a break, too!

As always the Stretch Break! is designed for the average healthy person.  Please consult a physician before starting this or any other exercise program.

Thanks Stacey — I noticed these were really great ways to get re-connected with the sense of aliveness in my hands and arms, as well as being great stretches.

Hi Stacey .. that’s great .. I must go back and make note of all the exercises and bring them into the fore – when I’m up at my mother’s .. because as I talk to her I can do the exercises too .. Great information – I love these ..thanks .. – perhaps some for the eyes?

Have a great weekend .. Hilary

  3. Ahhh, a Stacey stretch break. My right wrist was feeling tight and after this stretch break I felt a lot better. Thank you.

Hmmmm….you know what?? I DON’T think about my wrists very often….(I wonder if they feel neglected!).
Okay – this felt really good…. (I wonder if setting a reminder would help???)

  5. Hi Chris – Thanks, I’m glad you liked the wrist stretch, sometimes we forget how sensitive our arms are

Hi Hilary – for the eyes…hmm…good request – I’ll see what I can do. And you gave me a great idea for pulling the stretches all together… Hope you are having a great weekend.

Hi Karl – You’re welcome! Glad it helped.

Lance – I think reminders are helpful…an alarm or something to indicate “break time”.
