Chris - Thanks - there are so many options available to us! It's important to find what works best for each of us as individuals

Davina - I hope you enjoyed the video. It is hard to take the time, my goal with these short lessons is to help ease the resistance.

Hi Stacey.
Stretching doesn't take a lot of time and yet I resist taking 5 or 10 minutes. I'm going to watch this video; I see there are wrist stretches too and my right one is calling for attention. Thanks.

Thanks for this -- I've always found isometric exercises great -- just sitting down and pressing my hands against the floor, whether my legs are in a split or not, is another one that's a nice deep stretch.

Lance - You are too funny!

Beth - Thanks for stopping by! Yes, so many of us get consumed in our work and forget to take a break (me, too!)

Megan -thank you!

Evita - Also a modified Downward facing dog...And when you said, "I love your big mac" I was thinking, "I don't have a big mac" because my mind instantly thought McDonald's...talk about branding :-)

Hi Stacey

These are so good and useful! I realized something doing it, that the wall is too close behind my chair, to do it properly so the second one worked better.
The second version reminds me of a stand up version of "child's pose" from yoga. It felt amazing!

P.S. Love the big mac on your desk. I just recently got one (lap top) and am a very happy convert :)

Thanks, Stacey -- that was great! I too often forget to move & stretch while at my desk, and end the day with neck & shoulder pain. If I can remember to do this it will make my day!

Maybe it shows my lack of stretching...I noticed a nice stretch as well, in my calf muscles....

Anyway, it was all a feel good moment...
