		<description>Hi Stacey -thanks for replying .. yes unfortunately it&#039;s been three years+ now .. so I keep going and recently Mum hasn&#039;t been too well, I lost my uncle late last year.  A I&#039;m now somewhat older!! I need the stretches .. and will get myself organised to do more - warmer weather and sun today helps a lot ..!!  

Great you&#039;re doing these - we all need them .. just read somewhere about someone attaching a treadmill to their desk - so I guess they can exercise and read?  Burn the calories off .. also moving things around so we constantly have to get up and move to get things .. - a good walk would be better, with before and after stretches ...

Hilary - I did categorize them and I will again because there is more to stretching than just from your desk!  I&#039;d also like to modify how I upload these so they can be downloaded to an mp3. :-)  But for now I offer them here! Actually, if you are bending forward a lot you&#039;ll want to bend backwards to counteract the forward bend...hmmm backbends stay tuned for those stretches coming up.  (And I hope all is ok with you, spending time in a hospital lately)</description>

		<description>Hi Stacey ..that was great .. lower backs seem always to be &#039;killers&#039; - especially if you&#039;re like me at the moment up at a hospital bedside bending over, and then coming back and sitting for periods.

I also see that you have pre-empted me!  and added all these wonderful stretches into a category .. so we can just go there and run through each stretch with you as we do them, til they&#039;ve become a habit this end.
