The March issue of South Shore Living Magazine is out and I’m featured as a stress management expert talking about workplace stress and finding balance – the natural way. The article is quick (stress free reading!) and I hope you take moment to read it. Click here to read the article Ready…Set…Relax.

Stacey,
This is fantastic. I love it…keep movin’ n groovin.’ Congratulations and thank you for all the great advice and encouragement you give to the world. I appreciate you!
Stacey,
Very cool!!! And well-deserved! Your information is real and do-able – that’s a great prescription for making it work. And…it looks like you have found a way to balance that notebook with two fingers (that’s pretty cool too!!!).
Great publicity. Congratulations.

Hi Stacey .. fantastic – and I’m sure the class will be well subscribed .. and you do make things so easily accessible to us who aren’t so flexible ..
Great .. enjoy it all .. Hilary
Hi Tess – Thank you, it’s exciting to be highlighted in a magazine that is popular in my area. Very validating!
Lance – thank you! That is my goal – to make things easy and practical for people. Good health is a right we all have! (P.S. don’t you just love photoshop…there, I just gave away my secret to “balance”)
Hilary – Thank you Hilary – it’s been great having you here, and as I said to Lance above, my goal is to make these practices accessible. Everyone deserves to participate!
Bob – Thanks!
This is great news, Stacey! I wish I was closer so I could take a yoga class or two with you. For now, though, I’ll just look forward to Friday’s stretch breaks. (smile)
Great job! The more exposure your ideas get the more relaxed people will be in the work place. And you know how wonderful that makes me feel.
