		<description>I love it! I got up and did it, and the shoulder tip was spot-on. I found that the side stretch changed when I kept my shoulder down. 

And that chest opener - you&#039;re right: subtle but effective. Awesome! I love easy stuff like that. 

If you&#039;re taking requests, I&#039;d love some effective, easy lower back stretches. I sit most of the day (bad, Megan! I know...) and my lower back just aches. Ugh...
