Stacey,
I'm behind in my comments. This video is great and I like how you opened it with you and your activities. It shows you walk your talk. Not like we didn't already know that!
Your guest stands out as well because of her down to earth attitude and calm presence.

I love her crockpot idea and mixing mediation, breathing and yoga with healthy eating habits. She's truly covering all bases. Then the end her 3 simple ideas, pausing every hour, (I need this), breathing and gratitude. Simple but not always easy to become habits. Great interview Stacey!
