Enjoy each day…and the weekend!

“I’ve learned that if I don’t celebrate the exquisiteness of each day that I’ve lost something I’ll never get back.” - Sally P. Karioth, American Educator and Nurse.
On that note, I’m spending a few days on Cape Cod for a quiet retreat and some time to write. And the opportunity to be outside, enjoying each day. The air is cool here this morning, as the wind blows in my window - but invigorating nonetheless. Taking breaks is a critical component to well-being! Have a wonderful weekend all, and I’ll be back next Tuesday.

You know I approve of getting a way (especially if it gives you a chance to write). I actually wrote the outline of my best selling book within the last 72 hours. Enjoy!!!

Enjoy your time away Stacey! I’ve only been to Cape Cod one time. Now I want to go back.
I think what you’re doing is so important to sustaining balance in your life.
I love the quote you have here, too. It reminds me that I should find the beauty in each day (it’s there).
Have fun Stacey!!!!! Just yesterday I picked my head up while walking to the station and took a longer route based on your newsletter article!
As always, the more aware I am…the more I enjoy life!

Being able to go out on a trip somewhere relaxing really is quite an opportunity that can’t be let to pass. Taking a short vacation is something everyone is looking forward to that upon hearing the such gives you an assurance of stress-free days. Well everybody working so hard and worrying to much about work, business, relationships, etc ., really do need time to relax. This to me, is the most effective way of gaining strength by getting enough sleep, enjoying the wonders of nature around you and spend time on your spiritual activities.
It’s always good to get away for a bit! hope your time off is refreshing!
