Interested in participating in a new Wellness Program Test Group?

If you are a female living on the South Shore of Massachusetts and would like an opportunity to participate in a group wellness program to help you manage stress, live healthier and enjoy life, I want to hear from you.

I’m developing a new program and now putting together a test group of about 4 to 6 women in need of making healthy living changes to help me test my theory and provide feedback on the program.

This program IS for you if you:
  • Want to stop worrying about your weight and what you look like, and you want to feel good.
  • Want to be able to fit fitness and healthy living into your regular routine
  • Want to manage stress in order to increase productivity and confidence at work and at home.
  • Are simply “training for life”
This program IS NOT for those training for high intensity activities (ie, marathons, bike races, triathlons) or for those looking to “bulk up” and look like a body builder.  It’s also not for you if you are not 100% committed.
What is it?
This is a group of 4 to 6 women (sorry guys!) to help me test my theory and new program. The program lasts a minimum of 3 months with some in person group (group) and telephone (private) sessions. During the 3 months you will be coached, encouraged, and motivated to incorporate healthy living practices into your daily life. You will be given an initial consultation, and practices to follow on a weekly basis. While this is a group program, much of the program will be personalized for your needs.

The program will be designed based on what I believe to be the 4 key components to healthy living: physical activity, relaxation techniques, positive communication and a connection to nature.  Bonus component: Support.

How much time?
Approximately 2 hours and 40 minutes of coaching per month (in person and telephone, dates/times TBD either evenings or weekend morning.)  Depending on feedback from participants this may be adjusted.

In addition you will be expected to perform activities as assigned in between in person/phone sessions.

I’m not sure I can commit.
Then this isn’t the program for you. This is serious. If a participant does not fully commit (100%) to this, she will be asked to leave the group. I want to be successful and I want you to be successful. I will put 100% in, and I expect the same of you.

This must cost a fortune.
You help me, I help you. In exchange for a program, guidance, group support, coaching, encouragement and a healthier way of living you agree to:

  • Have pictures/video taken that will be used in one or more of the following: this blog, my website, newsletter, TV Show and press announcements.
  • Provide feedback on the program including what’s working well and room for improvement.  This will include very open communication.  We will learn together.
  • Allow your story and progress to be used in case studies written by me.
  • You also agree to come to designated locations for in person meetings (South Shore area including Blue Hills).  Most of these in person activities will take place OUTSIDE.
That’s the cost.

What else?
You MUST be 100% cleared for physical activity (walking, strength training, yoga, hiking, etc) from your doctor. I have forms that will need to be filled out and signed.

How do I become part of this group?
  • Send me an email stacey at letitflowfitness dot com with the subject line: LIF Test Group . Without this subject line your email will go to my spam folder.
  • In your email tell me a little about yourself (including age, must be at least 18 to participate and the town where you live) and why you would make a great test group candidate including your current obstacles to living healthy, goals, what you’ve tried in the past, what’s worked and not worked. Anything you think I need to know to convince me that you are a perfect test group participant.
Right now I’m planning for a small group so depending on the number of entries, this could be competitive.  This group will start in mid-February and I need all submissions no later than February 6.  If chosen, you will be provided with more details.
Questions? Post them here, if you’re thinking it someone else probably is, too.  I look forward to hearing from you!
