Some instructors interviewed for the article state that as the face of health and wellness make up is part of what they do. The article contained some interesting stories from athletes and gym goers.

She finished first and headed to the ladies locker room. I finished a few minutes later and when I went to the locker room I found her re-applying her already heavily applied make up. She looked perfect. I remember staring in amazement, looking at myself dripping with sweat and wondering “am I missing something?”
