Daily Wellness Tip - Listen to your body

Today’s tip comes from my own personal experience today. Head congestion, chest cough, achy and tired. My body is telling me something and I’ve got to listen. My body is in need of rest.
No exercise, no running around, lots of water and healthy foods and extra sleep.
It might even mean not going to work! Imagine that.
We forget that if we are sick and spreading germs we could actually make our co-workers sick. A day off will do you (and your colleagues good!)
