Daily Wellness Tip - Environment part II

I can’t help it. The other day I mentioned helping the environment as the daily wellness tip. On that same day I had the pleasure of heading to the beach for a few hours. I was surrounded by people, it was 90 degrees and the beach was packed. Crowds of college kids drinking, playing frisbee and swimming. There was one group of guys just to my left, there were probably 5 or 6 of them. When they packed up and left, the trash they left behind was awful. And there is no reason for it. Mountain Dew cans, plastic water bottles, napkins, and other food/paper products. It was disgusting.

My point - carry out what you carry in. Whether you’re at the beach, hiking the mountains, or in your own backyard. If you create trash, get rid of it, properly. No one else needs to share the trash you created.
