Fitness is not just about looking good, it’s also about feeling good. How are you feeling today? Tired? Achy? Energized? Happy? It’s so important to be aware of how you feel physically and emotionally each day when you wake up, mid-day and when you’re winding down for the night. How we feel has to do with our physical environment, the foods we eat, the activities we participate in and the amount of exercise we get. You’ve got to think about how you’re treating your body and your mind. You are the one who makes the choices about how you feel. You make the choices about how you treat your body.
What are you doing to take care of yourself? What are you doing to make sure you’re feeling good every day? Think about it. You have the power to change whatever needs to change. What are you going to do to ensure you live a happy and healthy life? What are you going to do to feel good?
